Our L&D program formats are quite versatile and designed with the clients’ contexts in mind. Usually delivered in residential setup, they can include virtual phases as well.
Our programs are generally conducted for participant cohorts and can extend over several months, culminating in specific sessions, while we provide coaching, community management and support in between in-person sessions. The programs are not designed as mere trainings but combine instructional sessions and facilitated individual and group workshops to reflect upon the insights gained and discuss ways to embed them into behaviors and practices.
