This conviction gave rise to Threaded Learning, our framework for making learning transformative and enduring.
Threaded Learning is both a methodology and a mindset. As a methodology, it provides concrete design principles for structuring programs that are grounded in authenticity, stretched through exposure to difference, deepened by reflection, enriched by conversation, and framed by intentional spaces. As a mindset, it calls on leaders, facilitators, and learners alike to see learning not as a transactional event but as an ongoing posture of openness, curiosity, and co-creation.
