Immersion Emergence

Divergence by Immersive Experiences is key to opening oneself to a variety of perspectives and linking those insights to existing facts. This creates new realities and forms an essential part of artistic and creative processes.

On expeditions, we enable divergent thinking by curating immersive experiences in global business hubs. Participants dive into various environments and explore radically different thoughts and emotions over the course of several days. The process allows them to go beyond mere contents and explore context and culture alike, resonating with emotional and visceral dimensions of learning.

Convergence through Emergent Learning is described as the counter-momentum to divergence. This is where new insights are mirrored, consolidated, prioritized and translated into action.

Convergence is achieved through a process called emergence: We allocate time and space for participants to review, reflect and discuss experiences – with the ultimate goal of translating and transferring them into tangible actions for sustained transformation. A refined multi-step technique underlying the internal sessions permits individual and collective insights to grow over several days and provides a platform to discuss similarities and contradictions.
