If you fill out our contact form, engage in our chat function or sign up for a newsletter, the types of Personal Data we collect, are first name, last name, organization, gender, phone number and email address.

By filling in the contact form with their Data, you authorize us to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated.

If you contact us via our online form, the data you submit to us is captured in order to answer your request. We collect your full name, your e-mail address, the name of your organization and other data you chose to share with us on the form.

We keep contact form entries indefinitely, so we can recognize any follow-up questions.

We do not use the information submitted through for marketing purposes unless you ask us to.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our Newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to respond to your request to receive information; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, Zoho Campaigns, to deliver our newsletter. How Long We Retain Your Data

We keep contact form entries indefinitely, and we recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically.

For users that are able to login on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We keep newsletter data as long as you stay subscribed. We will make sure to ask you if you want to stay subscribed.

Terms & Conditions of Referring WDHB

  • A former or current client will receive USD $5,000 (or of equal currency) credit to your company's next solution at signing of a new client's contract equal or exceeding USD $75,000 (or of equal value in another currency) of revenue.
  • WDHB must not have delivered to the new client's organization within the last 5 years.
  • The new client cannot be a subsidiary or affiliate of an existing client.
  • Credit must be utilized by the referring client within 2 years of the new client signing their contract.
  • Credit may only be applied once.
  • Referring client's next solution must exceed USD $40,000.

GDPR Policy

How does WDHB handle GDPR throughout my Program?

WDHB is committed to ensuring privacy. All participants’ personal data collected for programs is deleted or archived, depending on the nature of the data, within 3 weeks of the completion of the contract and only accessible by the CEO and the Head of Quality & Technology for legal purposes. Archived data and deleted data include, but are not limited to the information table listed below. Archived data is stored until completion of a contract or the termination of a business relationship.

Under no circumstance will WDHB ever sell or share personal data from our participants, clients, or business partners with third parties.

As an agile and growing company, we reserve the right to update our GDPR policies to ensure future compliance and give our ecosystem the safest and best possible experience with our products.

Third Party Suppliers

Throughout the program lifecycle, WDHB utilizes a number of trusted third-party suppliers to store and process data. Suppliers only have access to data to perform tasks on our behalf in compliance with our privacy policy.
