Day 1: Innovation as the Foundation for Success
- Overview of NASA’s Innovation: Begin with an exploration of how NASA’s culture of innovation has driven its success.
- Leadership Stories: Dive into compelling stories from NASA’s history, such as those of Kennedy, Webb, Apollo 1, and Apollo 11, emphasizing leadership and organizational culture.
- Immersive Elements: Engage with historical artifacts and immersive experiences to connect past innovations with present challenges.
- Experiential Learning: Mindful facilitation to encourage translation of divergent experiences into relevant insights.
Day 2: Navigating Uncertainty for Strategic Advantage
