WDHB Acquires Adaptive Cultures

DENVER, UNITED STATES — On 1 September 2025, WDHB acquired Australia-based Adaptive Cultures, further expanding its capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
“We are pleased to bring Adaptive Cultures’ proven frameworks and practices into the vibrancy and creativity of WDHB’s solutions,” says Sunil Narang, President and CEO of WDHB. “Together, WDHB and Adaptive Cultures will guide the future of leadership development by enabling leaders and organizations to navigate unprecedented changes.”
Sunil continues, “With both of our teams having global reach, our unified group can now deliver our evolved offerings more robustly. This partnership brings to life a solution for any company around the globe to meet the demands of tomorrow head-on.”
Founded in 2016, Adaptive Cultures is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and also has a presence in Latin America.
Andrew Brown, Co-Founder and Director of Adaptive Cultures, adds, “We’re thrilled to bring our depth in applying cultural evolution to organizations into WDHB’s experiential learning portfolio. Our culture work is to equip organizations with the necessary mindsets, skills and tools to effectively respond to both their external and internal worlds,” noting that factors such as global transformation and disruption, increasing complexity, and public health constitute an organization’s ‘external world,’ while an organization’s strategy, purpose, and business continuity compose their ‘internal world.’
Together, WDHB and Adaptive Cultures offer a new approach to the learning and development industry, uniting immersive development and cultural transformation into a single platform that drives a qualitative shift in how organizations build adaptability.
Sunil also identifies Adaptive Cultures as a strong fit with the same convictions that have guided WDHB from its founding in 1989, namely that organizations must build the right culture to thrive in disruption. He says, “We both uphold that learning must be human-centered, systemic, and sustained over time. We believe that this partnership will play an important role in enabling societal progress through powerful leadership experiences.”
