Futureproof Your Leadership. Futureproof Your Career.

In a world of increasing ambiguity and unpredictability, foresight offers a set of tried and tested tools to incorporate signals about the future into today’s decision-making and strategy formulation. Infusing your leadership with the practices and mindsets of a futurist equips your organisation with vital skills and sharpens your profile as a strategic thinker.

Co-hosted with the Copenhagen Institute of Futures Studies, this program will turn uncertainty into insight as you learn directly from leading organizations and sharpen your profile as a strategic thinker.

Foresight is a muscle. Leading with Foresight will teach you how to use it.

The program has 3 thematic pillars:

  • Futureproof Culture
Foster a culture where future planning is second nature. Involve the whole organisation in forward-thinking, develop flexible ways of working, and build networks that can adapt and grow.
