Inspired by insights from the WDHB Lab and designed in collaboration with Third Factor, this leadership training program equips professionals to perform under pressure, align teams and shape enduring organizational commitment.

Program Details

The Peak Performance program blends assessment, sports experiences and expert facilitation to create a dynamic, actionable leadership journey. Here's an overview of the pre-work and three immersive days:

Pre-Work: Building the Foundation

  • Personalized Preparation: Complete a performance-focused assessment, followed by a one-on-one coaching session to explore personal strengths, growth areas, and strategies to excel under pressure.
  • Clarity and Connection: Create a personalized "player card" to align individual goals with the program’s objectives and themes.

Day 1: The Power of Self-Awareness

  • Purposeful Beginnings: Set the tone with an engaging introduction to the program’s structure, facilitation approach, and key themes.
  • Performance Under Pressure: Gain insights from an elite athlete while practicing a new individual sport, exploring mindfulness and self-awareness to overcome performance blockers.
  • Local Perspectives: Hear from San Diego business and sports leaders about how they leverage purpose, adaptability, and innovation to lead with impact.
  • Cultural Connection: Conclude the day with an immersive dining experience showcasing the unique spirit of San Diego.

Day 2: Amplifying Team Impact

  • Reflections in Action: Start with a facilitated debrief to extract insights from the previous day and prepare for the team-focused experiences ahead.
  • Creating Alignment: Participate in a team sports experience, building trust, teamwork, and shared success while learning from an elite coach.

You’re welcome to bring a guest to San Diego during the program. They may stay at the hotel and extend the trip into the weekend to enjoy the city together. Please note guests cannot join program experiences, workshops, or exchanges, except for a possible dinner mixer, which will be communicated in advance.
