WDHB Awarded The Cercle Magellan Quality Label

The Cercle Magellan Quality Label 2024, awarded to WDHB for managerial/ leadership transformation and executive coaching capabilities.

September–October 2024 — Paris, France The international HR community, Cercle Magellan, has recently awarded WDHB with the Cercle Magellan Quality Label, bringing WDHB into their member collective.

Cercle Megellan is a trailblazing professional community that brings together HR managers in sharing best practices and ideating for the future. In order to support HR professionals who work to expand their companies’ international growth, this network was formed in 1998 by a committee of stakeholders in the HR function, and continues to grow today.

Currently, Cercle Magellan boasts 250 member companies and over 1500 HR Professionals, including accredited service providers whom they work in tandem with.

Cercle Magellan created the Quality Label in 2003 as a means of “certifying the quality of HR service providers’ offerings, based on recommendations from member companies” on the following standards:

  • Customer Service
  • Responsiveness
  • Time Management
  • Competitive Position

To be awarded the Cercle Magellan label, the network conducted a satisfaction survey with eight of WDHB’s clients, five of whom are active members of the Magellan Network. With WDHB’s overall average score of 4.9/5, Cercle Magellan highlights WDHB’s “Managerial/Leadership Transformation and Executive Coaching” and solidifies the company’s position as trusted partners.

The network specifically references WDHB Thought Leaders Imane Terrab and Christophe Ramamonjy-Ratrimo in their survey results.
