Meet Your Team
The cultural and professional backgrounds of WDHB's team members are eclectic and diverse. Driven by an intense curiosity to learn and grow, and with a mission to transform business and the world at large, we are a microcosm of entrepreneurial thinking and actions.
Namaskar & hey!I’m Aish, a digital marketer and growth hacker, spending my days learning the latest trends in digital marketing in order to optimize WDHB’s brand on the global stage. The rapidly changing world ensures I’m quick to think on my feet while simultaneously paying attention to the little details. Outside of work, you will find me serving on a young professional board for a pediatric cancer research foundation, walking the streets of new cities (certainly with an iced coffee in hand), or hiking Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.
My name is Caitlin. As a musician and painter, I consider it the ultimate challenge to apply my creative instincts to help organizations establish real, tangible business transformations. A deep consideration and honor for experiential learning’s role in shaping and understanding ourselves, communities and the world is what fuels my work building authentically engaging experiences that push participants outside their comfort zone. Never one to idle, I spend my free time in the sand with a volleyball, traveling and volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
I’m Christophe, passionate about developing new offerings at WDHB, implementing operational strategies and developing partner relationships. Outside of work, sports take up a lot of my free time – whether that’s judo training for 22 years or recently Mixed martial art!
A trilingual (French, German & English), having lived in 7 countries, I consider myself a globe trekker who loves interacting with diverse people, cultures and ideas.
I’m Damien, passionate about how we, at WDHB, approach learning differently from the norm. At work, I appreciate the autonomy we have to design and plan programs that best suit our clients’ needs. There is great satisfaction in overcoming time crunch and high-pressure situations to deliver the best experience in our offerings! I have dabbled in the Singapore local music scene through my previous 2 bands, specifically enjoying the drums. A fan of a wide range of topics, you can often find me researching topics related to philosophy, game theory, astronomy (thanks, Neil DeGrasse Tyson!) or cryptocurrencies.
I’m Hilda, a conversationalist and connector of people, who enjoys the challenge of providing solutions and creating optimal learning environments on our programs. You may often find me indulging in activities related to body movement, especially balance – from kayaking and surfing to ice dancing and ballet. I’ve done it all! Since growing up in Hong Kong, Melbourne and now Singapore, I’ve developed a consistent passion of mentoring and learning from younger generations; I find it refreshing, and it provides meaning in all that I do.
I’m Imane, WDHB’s Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer. I also lead WDHBLab, our L&D research arm. Since 2009, I’ve had the chance to accompany many of our clients on their transformation while also enabling WDHB’s own growth and change. My personal journey is also guided by learning. After earning a PhD in innovation management, I decided to enroll back into university to study history. However, my most exciting learning curve began in 2019 with motherhood!
Jaenani Netra C.
My name is Jae. Crafting compelling stories about WDHB’s products to our high potentials gives me great excitement as I pursue this dream of mine. In my mind, WDHB equates to me, us and we! Believe it or not, I’m an award-winning actress from Singapore’s Indian media channel; the experience of acting and hosting has found myself loving a good conversation (especially over a cup of coffee), full of engagement and interaction.
I’m Killian, a Program Manager with a passion for learning from people with the deepest knowledge wells in their field. At WDHB, I strive to produce the best learning and development programs on the market. My thirst for culture has propelled me to travel to over 60 countries, and I’m constantly seeking out new ones to explore. Language fascinates me, and, thus, I’m learning German and Python.
I’m Kim. I’m driven by the passion to help WDHB claim its place in the virtual space and discovering new ways to engage participants and partners. I’m certified in agile methodologies and as a third cultural kid who’s lived in 11 countries (including Iran, India and Taiwan), I have a strong sense of cultural awareness. Outside of work, you can find me venturing around new places with friends, enjoying great food, or hiking in nature.
My name is Lisa, and I’m responsible for managing WDHB’s team of global program managers and coordinating operations of our expeditions and events. Bilingual in English and French, my experience stems from growing up in Kentucky, living in Colorado and France, and collaborating with French CAC 40 companies on the global stage. My passions include promoting intercultural understanding, exploring new countries, and anything that gets me outside – running, hiking, kayaking, you name it!
My name is Marcus, passionate about my role in supporting existing and future clients on their quest to constantly push the boundaries of strategic learning and organization development. I’m driven by asking the right questions in order to guarantee success! I’m Austrian and quadrilingual who enjoys spending time with friends and family or taking a dive into the crystal clear, blue water of Lake Woerthersee on a hot summer day.
My name is Nicolas, discovering and exploring the unknown territories that make up the world of learning. The challenge is equally as rewarding, especially when it comes to discovering new perspectives on already discussed topics. As someone who has lived in 3 countries with an array of cultures and languages, I’ve received the necessary open-mindedness and humility to embark on this adventure. Outside of work, you will find me busy composing an album, playing guitar or violin, and even singing!
Grüezi & hello!
I’m Samuel, WDHB’s Chief Growth Officer, a passionate change facilitator and amateur singer/cook. By expanding horizons and shifting perspectives, I’m proud to make a real difference in the way leaders of some of the world’s top brands approach their business, organizational cultures and lives. I bring 20 years of experience to bridge the gap between the strategic big picture and the impact of small tweaks to an experience. When not engaged in conversation, you may find me hiking a trail or exploring a new city with friends and family.
I’m Sandra. At work, I enjoy the freedom to experiment, invent, build, dismantle…and occasionally epically fail garage projects. I may or may not dance around the office once something finally works! Outside of the office, you can find me alpine skiing, “falling with style” down a river in my kayak, or getting lost in a good book. Before settling in Denver, I traveled the globe while working aboard cruise ships for Royal Caribbean International which has fostered a fascination for different cultures and unique perspectives that cultivate change.
Namaskar & hello!
I’m Sunil, a corporate executive turned serial entrepreneur, bungee jumper and passionate bridge-builder across geographies and industries. My global experience includes living and traveling to over 75 countries and managing cross-functional teams. Wanting to make a difference with purpose, I acquired WDHB in 2010, a platform to apply my cross-cultural expertise, facilitation style, and with the help of a superb WDHB team, apply to the intense and intimate work with international leadership teams in extraordinary situations. When I’m not traveling, I’m an avid reader, a bit of a health junkie and lover of all things related to sports!
I’m Vincent, driven by the passion of meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultural influences. I especially enjoy juggling all the different tasks that comes with being a Program Manager. From poring over wine lists to getting lost reading reviews, I’m determined to find a restaurant ambiance that allows our clients to relax and think of something other than business. A fun fact about me is that I’m an avid cyclist having climbed more than 230,000 vertical feet this year (must burn off those rich meals somehow!). While I’ve only visited a modest 25 countries, my personal network of acquaintances spans over 50 countries, including Antarctica!
