Aish Narang joined WDHB in 2017 as a Program Manager based in the Denver, Colorado office. In 2017, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with a minor in Leadership Studies, as well as her Master of Accountancy, both from the University of Denver.
Prior to WDHB, she has conducted audit and advisory fieldwork for a Big Four accounting firm, while honing her entrepreneurial spirit by being heavily involved with the Denver startup market. Aish is also a public speaker for high school students where she has spoken in front of crowds of as large at 3,000 people on topics such as generation z, work ethics, and leadership in a global and dynamic world.
Much of her social work is conducted around supporting safe cities by using mobile application and data visualization platforms to combat sexual assaults across the globe with other entrepreneurs from the United Nations.
Currently residing in Denver, Aish grew up in Dubai, Scotland, England, and Belgium. She speaks English, Hindi, and is learning French. Outside of traveling, you can find Aish hiking Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, playing soccer, or spending time with her friends and family.
Caitlin joined WDHB as Head of Design in 2018. She holds a degree from Saint Louis University in Political Science, International Studies and Spanish.
Her enthusiasm for politics ignited when she took a semester off to work on the 2004 presidential election. After college, a congressional campaign in Colorado brought her out as a fundraising event coordinator. Following a successful campaign and a role in operations management in the natural food industry, Caitlin went into the non-profit world where she spent five years as the Director of Conferences & Events for the Association for Experiential Education. Her insight into experiential learning provides a unique basis and understanding of immersive learning.
Caitlin’s professional passion is to positively impact the world by creating space for the great thinkers and doers so they may converge and innovate. When she is not traveling, Caitlin is an avid outdoorswoman – spending her weekends hiking, camping, running, climbing, fishing and playing volleyball.
Céline joined WDHB as Program Manager in 2017. She is passionate about building bridges between industries and people. Céline holds a Bachelor in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne and a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from Université de Neuchâtel.
Before joining WDHB, Céline worked for Procter & Gamble where she optimized processes and coordinated multiple projects and partners. She has also worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry, from creating tailored stays for VIP clients to accompanying young adults of a care institution to balance their lives.
This diversity of settings and customers is what motivates Céline to constantly renew, challenge her beliefs and help others grow.
Outside of work, Céline enjoys combining nature and adventure. In the winter, you can find her going up mountains on cross-country skis, and in the summer she’ll run down any steep trail in the Alps!
Christophe Ramamonjy-Ratrimo is the Chief Operating Officer Development and based at the WDHB’s Paris Office. In his role, he plans, directs, and oversees part of WDHB’s operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals. His responsibilities also include facilitation and business development.
Prior to WDHB, he worked as a public affairs consultant, at TBWA Corporate, and as a financial analyst at Vodafone Procurement Company.
He has lived in seven countries and speaks French, German and English fluently. He holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Institute of Political Studies of Lyon (Sciences Po), and a Masters in Business from the ESCP Europe Business School.
He has now been in judo training for 24 years, and when he’s not travelling, he studies and practices Mixed Martial Arts.
Damien Ng is a Program Manager in WDHB’s Singapore Office. He holds a Diploma in Commerce (Business Administration) with Murdoch University.
Prior to joining WDHB in 2019, Damien was an Executive Assistant in both Discovery Inc. and Accenture, providing extensive administrative and calendar support to C-suite executives. He has coordinated efforts in organizing multiple offsite and overseas workshops and leadership meetings in his professional capacity.
Damien brings to the business a high level of adaptability and nimbleness – having worked across various industries, from hospitality to media, and briefly in banking as well.
He enjoys music and drums in his free time and is passionate about fintech and the cryptocurrency space.
Hilda is a program manager based in Singapore. She holds a Master of Education from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) from RMIT University, Australia.
Prior to joining WDHB in 2019, Hilda has held various positions in corporate training, learning and development consulting, curriculum design and education management. Her previous work with both local and international organizations has pushed her to be forward-thinking, given her deep insight into people development and allows her to understand the needs of various stakeholders. Her strong ability to organize information and solutions in a logical manner has allowed her to take charge of project management in different capacities. She enjoys the challenge of providing solutions by connecting people to ideas, themselves and each other. She feels especially fulfilled when clients apply their learnings to develop their strengths and reach success in their endeavors.
Hilda grew up in Hong Kong and has lived in Melbourne as an undergraduate student. When she is not busy with people watching or traveling, she is spending time with family and friends, or having a good time with her ice-dancing partner at the ice-skating rink.
Imane Terrab joined WDHB in 2008, and has worked as a Program Manager and as Head of Design and Research, before leading WDHB’s development and strategy. She is based in our Paris office.
Before joining WDHB, Imane worked in marketing at Microsoft, and as a research officer at a marketing institute. She has a Masters in Business Adminstration from HEC Paris, and a PhD in Innovation Management from Paris-Dauphine University, where she was also an assistant professor.
Imane grew up in Morocco and has lived in Spain, the US and France. She speaks fluent French, Arabic, English and Spanish. A lifelong learner, she’s currently pursuing a degree in contemporary history.
Jaenani Netra C.
Jaenani Netra Chadagoban completed her MBA in Business Administration from Birmingham Business School in 2007. She is a worldwide business traveler with over 18 years’ experience in IP management and global expansions of brands. Jaenani has worked with brands like Hi 5, MediaCorp Pte Ltd, ZED Worldwide and Singtel expanding the business strategies across the world.
Jaenani has a senior management background with leading media companies and is a proven leader, strategic thinker, and consensus builder with visionary insight. Dynamic, results-oriented executive with more than 10 years of solid achievements developing global business venture strategies. She is a team player with extensive focus on team development and makes sure to build employee motivation in order to deliver strong productivity, market share, and revenue growth. She is highly effective in managing multiple projects while developing and executing long-term deals.
Jae enjoys trekking and being outdoors in the sun. A mother of three girls, she enjoys spending with each of them and all of them together.
John Levesque has been a Program Manager at WDHB since November 2018, joining the Paris office. He holds an MS in Technology & Innovation Management from Dauphine University & Mines ParisTech, as well as a Master’s degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship Management from the Sorbonne.
Prior to joining WDHB, John worked in US political campaign outreach in Ohio before completing a BA at McGill University, in Montreal, focusing on Political Science and Italian Studies. After two experiences in Corporate Communication, he went into Executive Search consulting for 5 years in Miami, specializing in Life Sciences and working on senior level recruitments for international biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the US, LatAm and Europe. In his last experience, he worked as a consultant in Innovation Design & Technological Foresight in Paris.
John is French-American, speaking English, French and Spanish, and currently learning Italian & Portuguese. He is passionate about Innovation and Creative Design, cultivating a strong interest in the future of HR and people-centered management. He is also an avid reader and traveler.
Killian is a Program Manager at the Zurich Office, having joined in 2017. Before WDHB, he worked internationally in the hotel, NGO & financial sector.
Killian has been involved in, and granted prizes for, his work on innovative housing solutions in arctic regions for the Norwegian government in Svalbard and consulted on co-living and working projects for the private sector in Switzerland.
Killian holds a degree in International Business and Hospitality Management from École Hotelirère de Lausanne, with a specialization in finance and entrepreneurship.
Before his formal studies, Killian spent 2 years in India at the Mahindra United World College where he coordinated volunteers at the Paud’s Children Home and the volunteer fire service team at Van Vihar Biodiversity Reserve.
Killian speaks French, English, Norwegian, Italian and is steadily looking to exchange ideas and step outside his comfort zone. In his spare time, he enjoys fixing old motorcycles, practicing Thai Boxing and trying new things.
Kim Schürch is a Program Manager at WDHB, where she passionately helps create the most impactful learning experiences for every client.
Kim grew up, lived and worked in eleven countries over the course of her life, including Australia, India, Iran, the Netherlands, and Taiwan. Coupled with her Swiss Singaporean background, this travel exposure has allowed her to develop an understanding of multiple cultures, backgrounds and ways of thinking.
She graduated with High Honors and a degree in International hospitality management at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, with a specialization in business development, revenue and portfolio management. After graduation, Kim worked as an Academic Assistant for the final-year Bachelor, Master and EMBA Finance courses, leading tutorials and conducting research.
In her free time, you’ll find Kim hiking all over the world in spots that are as tourist-free as she can find. As a huge food lover, you may also see her discovering new restaurants and cuisines. To make up for that, she does lifts weights at Crossfit and stretches out during yoga class. Feel free to approach her in German, Swiss German, English or French.
Lisa joined WDHB in June 2016 as a Program Manager based in the Denver, Colorado office. In December 2018 she transitioned into the role of Head of Expeditions & Events, in which she manages the team of global program managers and coordinates operations of WDHB’s expeditions and events.
Before joining WDHB, Lisa worked in Paris, France at a top law university managing International HR Master’s programs located in Paris and Beirut, Lebanon. She collaborated with French CAC 40 companies and helped build partnerships with universities in Spain and Hong Kong, as well as coordinated learning expeditions for international students around Europe. She also lived in southeast France for two years teaching English to French high school students. In addition to her background in international education, Lisa has experience in event planning, marketing, communications and translation.
Lisa has an M.A. in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Geography from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Lisa is fluent in French and passionate about promoting intercultural understanding, language learning and exploring new countries and cultures. In her free time, she enjoys doing anything that will bring her outside, especially running, hiking and kayaking.
Marcus re-joined WDHB in 2019 as a Growth Director in the Paris office. In this role, he supports existing and future clients in their quest to constantly push the boundaries of strategic leadership and organization development. That means that he is involved in the needs analysis and makes sure the right questions to guarantee success are on the table. He facilitates the program co-design and ensures spot-on delivery of WDHB’s compelling transformation experiences.
Before joining WDHB, Marcus worked as a Program Director at the thyssenkrupp Academy in Germany where he provided senior executives with new impulses to master strategic challenges and accompanied them on their digital transformation journey. Prior to that, Marcus gained valuable experiences in stakeholder management and interest representation while working in European and public affairs in Brussels and Paris.
Marcus is Austrian and speaks German, English, French and Dutch. He spends his free time with family and friends … or with daydreaming of taking a dive into the crystal clear, blue water of lake Woerthersee on a hot summer day.
Michelle joined WDHB at its Zurich Office in 2018 as a Finance Associate. She is responsible for recording all financial transactions and managing WDHB’s accounting as well as a variety of financial analytics and projection projects covering all of WDHB’s four entities.
Prior to joining WDHB, Michelle managed a civil engineering office as administrative assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and graduated recently with a Master’s degree in Business and Law from the University of Bern. Michelle also holds a Federal Diploma from her commercial apprenticeship at a fiduciary practice.
Outside of work, Michelle plays in an accordion orchestra, of which she also serves as chairperson organizing concerts and other events. You will also find her hiking mountains across the Alps or engaging in cooking or baking experiments in her expansive kitchen.
Nicolas Peressotti joined WDHB in February 2019 as an Associate in Research & Development, based in the Paris office. His research topics are mainly focused on learning processes and innovative learning approaches, supported by his previous work on Neurosciences and their contributions to HR Management while he was studying at Panthéon-Assas, Paris II.
Prior to that Nicolas worked in HR for Schneider Electric in Budapest, L’Oréal in Paris and APCO Worldwide in London. Therefore he is a seasoned HR officer well versed in HR processes, policies and practices.
From Italian and French descent, Nicolas has lived in France, Hungary and the UK, speaks French and English. As a musician (clarinet, guitar, violin) and singer, his curiosity leads him to try a new instrument at least once a year.
Samuel Mueller connects with clients to transform their needs into customized expeditions. As Head of WDHB Europe GmbH, he is primarily responsible for the exemplary care of our customers in Europe.
Before joining WDHB, Samuel was Head of Operations at the Swiss innovation company BrainStore. During those 8 years, his responsibilities included facilitation, business development, innovation management consulting, and quality control of strategic client projects.
Samuel holds a degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute for International Studies in Geneva. He is fluent in German, English and French and considers himself a design and travel gourmet.
Sandra Bednarz joined WDHB in 2017 as a Program Manager at WDHB’s Denver Office and took on the role as Head of Quality & Technology in 2019. She has degrees in Hospitality Management and Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Meeting Professional. Her previous experience includes work with non-profit events, conference coordinating and entertainment management.
Before settling in Denver, she traveled around the world while working onboard cruise ships with Royal Caribbean International. That exposure has fostered a fascination with different cultures and unique perspectives that cultivate change.
When not plugged in, Sandra can be found skiing in the mountains, learning to cook, or curled up with a book somewhere in the city.
Shavonne Ravlich is a Program Manager in WDHB’s Singapore Office. Prior to joining WDHB in 2017, she completed her BA in Geography from University College London. Throughout her studies and following her graduation, Shavonne worked in various non-profit organisations with a primary focus on migrant and refugee populations.
Shavonne was born in Australia (to Singaporean and Kiwi parents) but grew up in Beijing and has lived in London, San Diego and Singapore. Her multicultural background has made her extremely adaptable and fostered her interest in exploring new places and cultures. In her free time you can usually find Shavonne outside playing sports and going for hikes, visiting galleries and wandering through the streets of cities.
Sunil is a corporate executive turned serial entrepreneur, bungee jumper and passionate bridge-builder across geographies and industries. He is the President & CEO of WDHB, a global pioneer in applying experiential approaches to strategic and organizational transformation.
Sunil holds degrees as certified accountant in multiple countries and looks back on a corporate career working 25 years for French, Japanese and American companies across the world. His truly global business experience includes living and traveling in more than 75 countries as a senior executive managing cross-functional teams worldwide. Thanks to his international biography, he has a deep knowledge of various cultures, understands what it takes to be successful in different environments and has learned to appreciate and respect people from all walks of life.
After successful years in corporate roles, with his resulting expertise in tow, wanting to make a difference following his purpose, Sunil established an independent firm providing advice and solutions in business transformation and process reengineering. In 2010, he acquired WDHB, the world leader in Learning Expeditions for executives, as a complement to the back-end focus. While orchestrating the evolution of WDHB into the first-choice partner for any organization seeking change in culture, performance and innovation, Sunil has found a platform to apply his cross-cultural expertise and engaging facilitation style to the intense and intimate work with international leadership teams in extraordinary situations of re-orientation.
Sunil strongly believes that the current VUCA environment with its exponential changes and profound disruptions calls for a new paradigm of agility in organizations. In this constantly evolving world, a human-centric people strategy is the ultimate differentiator in defining success. His mantra is to keep it simple and take ownership of your actions and decisions.
Sunil is a regular speaker at conferences on strategy, innovation and transformation for companies across the globe. He is a passionate facilitator of WDHB’s tailor-made Learning Expeditions. When not traveling for work, Sunil is an avid reader and a lover of sports, following his path as a former professional soccer player, certified coach and referee.
Vincent Vasina is the Denver, Colorado based Program Manager for WDHB, where he enjoys working closely with the rest of the program team to plan and deliver the highest quality learning expeditions.
Vincent recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, an Italian minor, and international business certificate. He is thrilled to apply the concepts he learned throughout his academic career to his role at WDHB and help global business leaders explore diverse workplaces.
Before joining WDHB and throughout his college career, Vincent worked as the Business Manager for a three million USD summer camp operation. Along with other responsibilities, Vincent oversaw the day-to-day operations of three retail stores, including demand forecasting, inventory management, cash flow management and accounting, as well as managing payroll and HR work for the camp’s seasonal staff of 120. Under Vincent’s management, the stores met 110% of their sales targets, saw increased efficiency and staff morale while offering superb customer service.
In his first exposure to applied international business, Vincent worked for a consumer packaged goods company while studying in Florence, Italy. As a Market Research Intern, Vincent analyzed population demographics to determine potential new markets for the company’s products. He also proposed joint ventures and partnerships to strengthen the company’s brand recognition and cater to a more global audience.
Vincent participated in both the triathlon team and the marching band at the University of Colorado, and has started to dive into competitive cycling as his newest hobby. He also loves to spend time outside hiking, backpacking, and skiing, to name just a few.
Founded in 1989 in the dynamic San Francisco Bay Area, WDHB has evolved to become a small but truly global company: In 2010, WDHB opened an office in Zürich, Switzerland, to be closer to European clients. Offices in Singapore and Paris have been added in 2014 and 2017.
