They may hail from different parts of the world, bring varied cultural backgrounds and hold unique professional experiences, all influencing their perspectives on life. As a facilitator, it’s imperative to create an environment where each participant feels valued and empowered to contribute. Finally, there are those who learn by thinking and doing.
